Smartphones are more popular than ever and the shipments have accelerated accordingly. A new report from Digitimes Research shows that in 2011 smartphones sales increased 60%, compared to the year 2010. Those are some pretty impressive statistics.
The reports says that Apple could surpass Nokia with shipments of smartphones in 2011. Here are the projected top ten brands in 2011:
