The digital revolution is going through rapid changes even at this very moment. After all, digital photography didn’t become popular until just a few short years ago. In our fragile minds we can hardly process the thought of shooting pictures with film. However, if my memory will serve me correctly, my search of the photo album in the chain stores has left me empty-handed.
There’s another issue here also — the proper name. Shall we call it a photo album or a photo book? I prefer to think of it as a photo album, but either term will do.
I cannot understand why photo albums are so difficult to find these days in department stores. Have you encountered this same problem? You now have high quality digital cameras that are capable of shooting hundreds of pictures in a relatively short time. Doesn’t that translate into more photo albums for storage? Is the physical photo not as popular as it once was?
Once I located them online, I have found that there are professional photo albums, color options, bookshelf photo albums, modern, casual, comtemporary, traditional, along with furniture and decor! Now I’m getting somewhere!
There are digital picture frames, however I don’t know how reliable these new gadgets are. They seem to be gaining in popularity. There are complaints in the review section.
Please forgive me, because somehow I’ve landed in the patio, lawn, & garden section. Spring is nearing. (Which will require more digital pictures?)
